Daniel Josefsohn was called to support the communication of the Volksbuehne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz in Berlin – an old East Berlin theatre (artistic director: Frank Castorf).
Together with the Potsdam based agency Peperoni we created a huge picture of a polar bear on the former Berlin Airport Tempelhof. This image was made out of 6500 trash bins for Berlins cleansing departement „BSR“ and stands for waste separation and sustainibility.

Das Wunder von Mühlenbeck, examines and analyzes in an amusing and entertaining way, an unbelievable scandal in the southern lower-class.
A typical match-BBC Birkenwerder against SV Mühlenbeck.
The score 6:0
Only, the match has never taken place!
A modern football fairy-tale about the fascination of football, irritating old men, a damaged knee, five breathtaking goals, and two teams who had apparently lost everything, and then, nevertheless, still got off well.

Basti is a boy on the verge of puberty. He communicates exclusively with his cell phone and lives in his own anonymous world. At home he's hassled by his older brothers. He matures without a father and clings to his mother.
By chance, he becomes acquainted with Nicola, who is an older, open-minded girl that shows interest in the extra-ordinary Basti and accepts his individuality. Basti interprets Nicola's interest incorrectly. A turblent evening in a youth-disco destroys his emotional world.
His clumsy emotional overtures are not returned by Nicola. His brother has harshly decieved him. The world in which Basti surrounds himeslf falls apart.
